Welcome to my blog The Green Familia, it is a blog charting a light green existence.
I am so excited about our new launch that I feel that it is helping me turn greener by the day!
For those who do not know me, my name is Brenda, married to the hubby for umpteen years, and we have 3 little greenies (who are not so little). For years I have been the stay-at-home mum who has been the hostess with the mostess as I would much rather be cooking for 20 than 2. Now with the little greenies growing up and freeing up my time, I decided to put my little toe back in the water and see how life has changed - and boy it has changed loads… Having watched my good friend Natalie grow her Bambino Goodies and the success she is rightfully having due to all her hard work, I offered my services back in May (I can hardly believe it is only a few months ago!!!) to help write a few posts - Who would have thought that now I would be launching my second blog and being a blogging addict intent on helping you guys to find the funkiest and best products available on the market.
How green am I? - As a family we were late converts we still have a long way to go but at least we are aware and are trying to do our bit. The great thing about doing this blog is to take people on my experience of learning more about leading a greener life and sharing my finds.
Favourite Organic Products Website? - Oh my goodness this is such a hard one especially as I have just spent so many weeks researching all these yummy websites for you Little Green Earthlets as they always have something that I would like to get.
Best Organic Offline Store? - My local organic shop which has a wide range of local produce amongst other things.
What does eco-friendly mean to you? - Eco-friendly means caring and thinking about others when we make lifestyle choices.
What is your best green shopping tip? - I have to agree with Kat on this one, bulk buy as much as possible and using local products as much as possible.
